Here's what's new in 3Dsellers since Monday. A few new tools for your catalog and stock, plus fixes you'll notice in listings, Helpdesk and reports.

✨ New

• Keep back units – Hold back a set number of units from the stock you send to a channel, and override that number for any single product.

• Default eBay policies – Set default payment, shipping and return policies for each eBay account, ready to use when you publish catalog products to eBay.

• Add photos with AI – When you work with Claude or ChatGPT, it can now add photos to a listing at the end, in the middle or as the main photo, without replacing the ones already there.

• Change values on import – When you import or update from a CSV, you can change a column's values on the way in, preview the result first, and save those changes in your mapping presets.
• Find unlisted products – You can now find catalog products that aren't listed on any channel yet.
• More for your AI assistant – AI tools connected to 3Dsellers can now read the eBay Best Offers you've received and each order's Ship By date.

📦 Listings and catalog

• Photo uploads work again – Adding photos while creating an eBay listing, and publishing catalog products to eBay, no longer fail with a "Resource not found" error.
• Mobile descriptions stay whole – Saving a listing that uses a design template no longer cuts its mobile description down to one character.
• Item specifics are kept – Saving a listing in the Old View no longer erases item specifics you saved in the New View.
• Catalog stock after eBay sales – An eBay sale now lowers your catalog stock again when your channel settings are saved.

💬 Helpdesk and orders

• Buyer messages arrive – Incoming eBay buyer messages reach your Helpdesk again, not just your own replies.
• One message per buyer – Bulk messages from Orders send a repeat buyer just one message when the duplicate option is on.

📊 Reports

• Listings reports finish – eBay Listings Reports that include item specifics and descriptions no longer get stuck In Process.
