Edit CSV values as you import, AI auto-replies and a smarter search

Here's what's new in 3Dsellers since Monday. You can now change values while importing a CSV, let the Helpdesk answer buyers with AI, edit vehicle fitment in its own product section and find pages faster with search, plus fixes for drafts, CSV imports and catalog stock.

• Change values while importing – In any CSV import or update, click the pen next to a field to multiply prices, add or remove a prefix, or find and replace text before it's saved. Learn how

• Pick your variation columns – In the New View listing editor, click Columns above the variations table to show or hide fields like Cost, Floor Price or UPC.

• Smarter search – Search (Ctrl+K) now understands typos and questions, and sends order numbers, item IDs, SKUs and product names to the right search. Learn how

• Integrations in the main menu – Integrations and Get Help now sit at the bottom of the main menu, one click away from any page.

• A section for vehicle fitment – In the product builder, vehicle compatibility now has its own section, so you edit fitment right on the product instead of in a popup.
• AI auto-replies with a safety net – A Helpdesk auto responder can now answer new buyer messages with an AI reply from your prompt template, while messages about refunds, returns, cancellations or compensation wait for you. Learn how
• Suggestions after auto-replies – Ready-made reply suggestions now also show when the last message in a ticket came from an auto-responder, like an out-of-office reply.
• Errors name their cause – Listing errors now show which action triggered them, for example Revise Listings, so you know where to look.
• Shopify orders setting moved – The option to create Shopify orders from your eBay, Amazon and Etsy sales now lives in your Shopify channel settings. Learn how
• Vehicle fitment for Shopify – You can now map a catalog product's vehicle compatibility to Shopify, and get it through the API and scheduled exports.
• Presets in A to Z order – Compatibility presets are now sorted by name, on the presets page and in Bulk Update Compatibility. Learn how
• Claude creates drafts – Ask Claude to create a listing draft from a photo, a product URL or a barcode, the same way you can in the app.
• Custom ticket statuses for AI – Claude and the 3Dsellers API can now set your custom Helpdesk ticket statuses, not only the standard ones.
• Claude handles bulk work better – Bulk actions started from Claude now report how many listings they processed, and a few failed listings no longer mark the whole action as failed.

📦 Listing Tool

• Draft CSV updates stick – Updating drafts with a CSV now saves the new price and quantities inside each draft, including warehouse quantity.
• CSV imports use your new file – A listing CSV import now runs on the file you just uploaded, not an older one.
• Bulk package edits are safe – A Package Details bulk edit with blank weight or size fields no longer wipes the weights and dimensions already on your drafts.
• Right category from a photo – Image to Listing no longer picks an unrelated eBay category for your item.
• New eBay accounts import – Newly connected eBay accounts start importing their listings again right after you connect.

🗂️ Product Catalog

• eBay sales lower catalog stock – eBay orders now reduce stock on linked catalog products, so your linked Shopify listings don't oversell.
• Every WooCommerce variation – Importing WooCommerce listings into the Catalog now links every variation, not just the first 10.
• Amazon variations publish – Amazon variation products now publish with the right option values when you've mapped your options to the Amazon theme.
