Take full control of your AI-generated content with AI prompt customization. We've updated our AI listing tool to allow you to customize exactly how AI generates listing elements, giving you the precision and flexibility you need to create listings that match your brand voice perfectly.

Advanced AI Prompts enable you to:

• Fine-tune AI-generated titles, descriptions, and product details
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all your listings
• Reduce editing time by getting better results from the first generation

This feature allows you to fine-tune AI outputs to align with your selling needs and brand voice.

We've also added AI-generated product specs that enable you to instantly populate product specification fields with the click of a button, allowing you to create informative and optimized listings at scale.

The new Audit Log provides admins with a detailed record of every change made within the platform, including who made the change, what was changed, and when it happened. 🚀 New Enhancement: Smarter “Reply with AI” Guidance

When you use Reply with AI, the assistant now also takes into account whatever you write in the compose box, not just the buyer’s message. This means you can give clear instructions (for example: “reply in Chinese and reassure the buyer the package is on the way”) and the AI will follow your guidance to shape the final response.

You stay in full control of tone, language, and key talking points, while the AI helps you turn your notes into a polished, ready‑to‑send reply.

🚀 New Feature: Bulk Export for Draft Images

Need to backup or review your product visuals offline? We’ve added a dedicated draft_images field to our reporting tools. You can now generate a downloadable report that specifically pulls all images from your Draft (Library) listings.

This feature allows you to:

• Bulk download image URLs from your drafts in a single CSV file.
• Audit your visual assets before pushing listings live.
• Backup your work by keeping a record of all draft photos.

Simply select "3Dsellers Listings Report," filter by "Library" status, and choose the draft_images field to get started.

🚀 New Feature: Floor & Ceiling Prices for Bulk Edits and AI Suggested Pricing

You can now set floor and ceiling prices when using AI Suggested Pricing or performing bulk price edits. This ensures prices are never adjusted below your minimum or above your maximum, helping you protect your profit margins while still benefiting from AI-powered pricing optimization. Use this feature to:

• Prevent accidental underpricing or overpricing
• Add guardrails to AI pricing suggestions
• Safeguard prices on high-volume or margin-sensitive catalogs

🚀 New Feature: Sell Globally – One-Click Multi-Region Listing

The new Sell Globally bulk action allows you to instantly copy your existing eBay listings to multiple international regions and eBay accounts (e.g. eBay.de, eBay.fr, eBay.es, etc.) with just one click. Simply select which listings to copy and which regions/accounts you want to list them in.

We'll then localize the listing by:

1. Translating it with AI
2. Converting its pricing to local currency
3. Converting item dimensions and weight with AI
4. Using AI to automatically match the right business policies for each corresponding global selling account

This allows you to expand into international markets without having to create new listings manually, saving you hours and enabling simpler global selling with minimal effort.

🚀 New Feature: Assign Orders to Teammates

You can now assign specific orders to teammates who have a 3Dsellers login. You can assign orders individually or in bulk.

Assigned teammates will then receive:

• A dedicated order segment
• In-platform notifications

This allows you to improve team workflows and clearly assign ownership of orders, allowing for faster fulfillment and more accountability. This feature is particularly useful for growing teams with shared inboxes.

🚀 New Feature: Default Account Setting in Helpdesk

A new Helpdesk setting lets you choose to keep your currently selected account as the default view. When enabled, Helpdesk will no longer default back to the All Messages tab each time.

🚀 Now Launching: Live Webinars [NEW]

We’ve launched a recurring, bi-weekly 3Dsellers live webinar series designed to help sellers get more value out of the platform, faster.

These sessions will focus on:

• Core workflows and best practices
• Common setup mistakes and how to avoid them
• New and recently updated features
• Live Q&A so you can get answers specific to your account

Webinars will run on Wednesdays and Saturdays at varying times to accommodate sellers in different time zones, and recordings are available for those who can’t attend live.

Updating the Up-to-Quantity field now automatically triggers an inventory revise – no more manual refreshes required. This means more reliable inventory updates and a reduced risk of quantity mismatches.

🔄 Product Exports Now Include Warehouse Name

Product exports now include the warehouse name, making CSV imports more accurate when managing multiple warehouses.

🔄 Fixed Feedback Reminder Bug

Resolved an issue where some users who had already left feedback were still receiving additional feedback reminder messages.

🔄 Fixed CSV Internal Error

Fixed an issue that caused some CSV reports to fail with a generic Internal Server Error, preventing report generation.
